The Fort Worth Cats won their third consecutive championship last season making Fort Worth the only independent league team in the modern era to win three titles in a row, 2005-2007. The Comeback Cats will try and make it four in a row in 2008 when they open the season at LaGrave Field on May 8. The Cats are known for their unique promotions and the team has grabbed headlines from coast-to-coast and border-to-border since LaGrave Field opened in 2002.
