The American Association Champion Fort Worth Cats open the 2008 season vs. Sioux Falls on May 8 at historic LaGrave Field

The Fort Worth Cats won their third consecutive championship last season making Fort Worth the only independent league team in the modern era to win three titles in a row, 2005-2007. The Comeback Cats will try and make it four in a row in 2008 when they open the season at LaGrave Field on May 8. The Cats are known for their unique promotions and the team has grabbed headlines from coast-to-coast and border-to-border since LaGrave Field opened in 2002. There's affordable family fun all summer long and LaGrave Field offers one of the most breathtaking views in all of professional baseball, featuring the downtown Fort Worth skyline and the historic Tarrant County Courthouse.
