For meeting professionals, the Fort Worth Convention & Visitors Bureau offers many useful services that can save time and money. We are your central information resources for all Fort Worth convention services.
 For the ninth time, the Fort Worth Convention & Visitors Bureau was awarded the Gold Service Award in 2007 by Meetings & Conventions Magazine for consistent excellence in serving the meetings industry as selected by coporate and association meeting planners.
Call us for whatever you require! Fort Worth convention services include:
Convention Pre-Promotional Materials. Everything you need to spread the word about your event in Fort Worth, including post cards, maps, promotional videos, and customizable brochures.
Site Inspections. Pre-convention inspections of our hotels, off-site venues, or convention facilities.
Onsite Brochure Delivery. One visitor guide, map, and monthly event calendar will be provided for each room contracted on peak night.
Parking Passes. The City of Fort Worth provides courtesy parking passes for meters to your attendees residing outside Tarrant County.
Registration Assistance. For every 100 rooms on a peak night, receive four hours of complimentary registration assistance. Any additional time will cost $12 per hour, with a 4-hour minimum.
Central Housing. Available to groups that utilize three or more Fort Worth hotels with a minimum of 1,000 rooms on peak night. Central Housing allows attendees to make reservations online ($12 charge per reservation).
Mayor's Welcome Letter. We can coordinate a personalized welcome letter with the Fort Worth Mayor's office.
Fort Worth White Glove Service. At your request, we will contact attractions or service providers with the details of your event and arrange for them to contact you directly with information or a bid.
Vendor List. We offer handy lists of Fort Worth-area vendors, from audio-visual companies to caterers to florists.
