FORT WORTH, Texas - The Fort Worth Convention & Visitors Bureau congratulates Kentucky Derby co-winners Bill and Susan Casner of Flower Mound, Texas, a suburb of Fort Worth. Co-owners of WinStar Farms of Versailles, Kentucky, Super Saver's victory is the first Kentucky Derby win for the WinStar Farms and the Casners.

"Winning the Kentucky Derby is one of the most impressive accomplishments in all of sports," said Pam Minick, vice chair, Fort Worth Convention & Visitors Bureau Board of Directors. "All of Fort Worth celebrates the Casner's outstanding achievement, and we are proud of our hometown winners."
Jockey Calvin Borel rode Super Saver to a win in just under 2:05 at last Saturday's race. Cowtown Cat, another of the Casner's horses, finished in 20th place in the 2007 Kentucky Derby.
