Located in Fort Worth, Texas, "The Great American Speedway" is home to three main race weekends throughout the year featuring NASCAR Sprint Cup, Nationwide and Camping World Truck Series as well as Izod Indy Car series. Since the speedway opened in 1997, the attendances for the NASCAR Sprint Cup events annually rank among the largest sporting events in the United States and are also the largest-attended, single-day sporting events in the state of Texas. Texas Motor Speedway is also home to the Texas World Dirt Track Championship, Good Guys Lone Star Nationals Car Show, Friday Night Drags and more.

Texas Motor Speedway is also home to the Texas World Dirt Track Championship, Good Guys Lone Star Nationals Show as well as one of DFW's foremost Christmas traditions, the Speedway Children's Charities Tree Lighting and Grant Ceremony. Celebrate the holiday season with Texas Motor Speedway as they light the largest living Christmas tree in North Texas and honor non-profit organizations that receive grants in the community.
