Along with barbecue faves pork, brisket, chicken, ribs and sausage, Panther City also offers tasty menu items such as brisket pizza and smoked mac and cheese. Try the pork bell burnt ends. Black Cat Pizza
Pizza is sure to make your event a hit. And Black Cat Pizza is the pop-up for the job. This Fort Worth newcomer is looking for permanent home to serve their delicious pies, but until then, call on the mom-and-pop shop to whip up creative pies with toppings like chorizo, squash and pepitas or pesto, ricotta, Calabrian and Serrano peppers, and smoked sardines. They also offer your classic favorites like Margherita, cheese and pepperoni.
End things right with a yummy dessert. Sixty6 & Co is an adorable 1960s camper that serves delicious cupcakes in a variety of flavors. If dessert isn’t your thing, they also offer tea sandwiches, mini quiches, and other light options. Fun fact: this vendor works closely with Hot Box Biscuit Club for the ultimate mashup.
