Fanboys Comic Con - Hulen Mall

On Saturday, August 11, head to the Hulen Mall for your chance to fanboy out (along with your kids). They are hosting Fanboy’s Comic-Con. It is an event “geared toward the celebration of fandom for Star Wars, Superman and everything in between.” That means there will be collectibles on sale, special events, and special guests. Get more details.


FAMapalooza! Pawesome Animals - Fort Worth Museum of Science and History

This summer's last installment of the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History’s FAMapalooza events is Pawesome Animals on Saturday, August 11, from 6-8 p.m. At this special event you and your children will learn and explore with live animals as well as with specimens from millions of years ago. Marvel Universe Live! Age of Heroes - Fort Worth Convention Center

Wow the little super hero fans with this stage production of Marvel Universe Live! Age of Heroes. This is a play that the whole family can watch. Canoe Fest - Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge

Kimbell Kids Drop-In Studio – Boogie-Woogie with Mondrian - Kimbell Art Museum

Enjoy the art museum with your littles at the Kimbell Art Museum’s Drop-In Studio. It’s a free program that allows your child to experience the art and galleries first hand. Each session features a brief gallery activity and a related studio-art project. On Saturday, August 25, it will be a fun day as you Boogie-Woogie with Mondrian.


Stockyards Championship Rodeo - Cowtown Coliseum

Summer’s end is here and what better way to close it out as a family than with a good ole fashioned Rodeo? Spend one last night on the town together and head to Cowtown Coliseum for the Stockyards Championship Rodeo.
