Since his emigration from the former Soviet Union in 1987, Vladimir Feltsman's international career has existed in an exalted sphere with invitations to perform in virtually every important venue in the world.  He was welcomed to America with an invitation to perform at the White House.  A solo Carnegie Hall recital followed with three return engagements- one of which is this season.
