Eat Local Week
This Saturday, Cowtown Farmers Market's free Annual Summer Festival kicked off Eat Local Week - a week dedicated to reminding us locals to celebrate and patronize the farmers, gardeners, farmers' markets, grocers, restaurants, small businesses, food artisans, and nonprofit food groups in our backyard! So keep this in mind this week when you're choosing from Fort Worth's restaurants and support some place local. For a directory of good eats in Fort Worth, visit our Dining Guide where you can browse locations and subcategories to find what you want and where you want it.
If you missed Cowtown Farmers Market this Saturday, remember it is open every Saturday year-round and on Wednesdays, June thruogh November. Also, did you know if you spend $100 at a farmers market, $62 goes back into the local economy!
