Every first Friday of the month at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, you can find a celebration of the arts filled with live music and an extended viewing of the art galleries. Last Friday, 9/2 was the first themed First Friday: Tango-edition. Live Tango band, dancing, cocktails and light appetizers were among those celebrating the start to a three-day weekend.
Check out the First Fridays Event Calendar and if you haven’t been to your first, First Friday—you need to! Try to make a night of it and enjoy the delicious and fresh cuisine at the Café Modern. Last Friday, they served an Argentinean-style dinner with a Tango-themed cocktail. We suggest checking out the permanent exhibit-themed cocktails at the bar inside the Café.
