Here's our guide to fun things to do -- inside and outside your home -- with the family in May.
Bask in the Bluebonnets
Springtime is short lived in Texas, y'all. Snap your annual bluebonnet photos before these beauties are gone.
Celebrate Mom
Celebrate mom this Mother's Day and order up her favorite brunch in Fort Worth. Several restaurants have special (to-go) Mother's Day menus complete with mimosa kits, which make for a perfect porch picnic at home! Advance order required.
Let's Go to the Drive-In
Back in the day the only way to see a movie was going to the drive-in. And, now more than ever, it's the ideal way to see a show all while staying socially distanced. Lucky for us, Coyote Drive-In is open. Tickets must be purchased online in advance.
Ride around the Fort
Take a joyride around the Fort on a bike-and-brunch tour. You will visit a variety of Fort Worth districts, starting at Waterside and Clearfork to Westbend and West 7th to River District or Downtown and Sundance Square, while eating delicious nibbles along the way.
Bake with Sweet Lucy's Pies
Baking much? Sweet Lucy's Pies is local favorite that whips up mouthwatering treats often sold at area farmers markets, festivals and more. Tune in to their Instagram page for mini tutorials on how to bake up desserts like blueberry turnovers and lemon pie.
