Join the Festivus Holiday Lights Tour, launching at One Safe Place, on December 6. You’ll enjoy the best of what the Fairmount Historic Neighborhood has to offer, along with pictures with Santa, crafts, snacks and an opportunity to support local vendors. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for children 12 and under.
Come out to the Santacon Pub Crawl starting at 4 p.m. at Varsity Tavern on December 7. Your wristband gets you two free drinks and access to food and beverage specials at participating locations, and all the Santa Clauses you care to see. Ugly sweaters encouraged.
Indulge the kiddos in Cocoa & Gingerbread House Cookie Decorating Class by Sweet Frosted Cookies Organic Bakery at Sugarboo & Co. in the Shops at Clearfork on December 8, 2-4 p.m. Guests will enjoy cookie decorating with Santa and Chef Alexis Ruddock, a recent competitor featured on an episode of the Food Network’s Cookie Challenge last month. Tickets are $50.

If you’re looking for a more family-friendly NYE celebration, the glitter ball drops twice at Pinstripes – once at 8 p.m. for the kids and again at midnight. “Roll” in the new year with complimentary champagne and the full restaurant menu. Reservations are required.
