British theatrical producer Cameron Mackintosh’s new production of the Andrew Lloyd Webber classic boasts new special effects, staging, choreography and lighting effects. Whiskey Ranch Concert Series
Dallas-based Texas Soul rockers Prophets and Outlaws perform as part of Whiskey Ranch Concert Series. The outdoor event will have food available (Smokin' Cactus and FunkyTown Donuts), Whiskey Tasting 101 sessions for all you lifelong learners out there and tour options for $15. Bring a blanket or chair and take in smooth sips and sounds at this fun, 21-and-up event.

Ranch Bash at Panther Island Pavilion
95.9 The Ranch's 15th annual Ranch Bash concert is a one-day celebration of Texas Red Dirt Country Music. Featuring performances by Cody Jinks, Wade Bowen, Radney Foster, Kevin Fowler, Koe Wetzel, Reckless Kelly, William Clark Green, 9-time Grammy Award® Winner Ray Benson, and Academy Award® Winner Ryan Bingham to name a few -- this is an event you don't want to miss. Cliburn Sessions: PUBLIQuartet
The Van Cliburn Foundation’s Cliburn Sessions bring progressive classical music ensembles to Fort Worth’s alternative listening spaces. Later this month, we’ll have the chance to hear PUBLIQuartet, the award-winning ensemble that has performed at Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, BAM Café, Le Poisson Rouge and other famous venues. The ensemble is best known for integrating open-form improvisations in their performance.

DO FOR IT RECORDS Halloween Show
Halloween costumes are encouraged at this 13th annual Halloween Show, which features local bands performing covers of Depeche Mode, SOAD, Korn, Rammstein and 311 at Main at South Side. The DO FOR IT RECORDS Halloween Show kicks off at 6 p.m.

Josh Turner
Josh Turner, known for his rich voice and distinctive style, has sold more than 12.5 million units. The multi-platinum MCA Nashville recording artist performs at Billy Bob’s Texas at the end of this month. The performance marks Turner’s 17th appearance at Billy Bob’s.

7th Annual Booery Tour
Martin House Brewing Project churns out a lot of fun beers and beer-related events. The Booery Tour has become one of the more popular annual tours at the Riverside brewery. There’s a costume contest for dogs and humans. Food trucks, copious beers and live music by Ole G round out the tour. Oh, and Martin House promises “plenty of shenanigans.”
