Fort Worth is about to get a whole lot more zen and fit with Sumit's Hot Yoga coming to the south side of Camp Bowie Boulevard this winter. Texas Christian University alumna, Brittany Todare is opening the studio which has locations nationwide including Phoenix, Idaho and Michigan. This new addition to the Camp Bowie District will fit in perfectly as it will be just minutes away from home grown-style health foods store, Trader Joe's which opens next spring on Hulen Street.
What can you expect from Sumits-style yoga? Hot temperatures, good music, flow and an amazing work out. Todare believes that it's more of a lifestyle than simply put, a work out. "You become sort of addicted just because it's so good for your you, and your body knows it," Todare said.
Sumit's is planning to open near the first of the year, so if you're one to make healthy resolutions for the new year, Sumit's could make them come true! Sumits offers a truly unique hot yoga practice. Founder and creator, Sumit Banerjee invites all students: beginners or advanced, to challenge, struggle, work hard, smile, have fun and most importantly, never give up in class.
