In 1997, Texas Motor Speedway became part of the motorsports landscape and the Fort Worth Tourist Attraction has made an undeniable impression over the course of its existence. Texas Motor Speedway, with an overall capacity of 190,000, is among the largest sports stadiums in America and the enormity of the venue is no better exemplified by the fact that four Cowboys Stadiums, home of the Dallas Cowboys, can fit inside!

Texas Motor Speedway showcases a 1.5-mile oval with 24-degree banking in the turns and caters primarily to stock cars, trucks and open-wheel racing. The speedway currently plays host to two races each in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, Nationwide Series and Camping World Truck Series, and one in the IndyCar Series.  These events make the speedway one of the great Things to Do in Fort Worth

Texas Motor Speedway is home to 144 luxury suites; the Lone Star Tower, which houses condominiums and office space; and the members-only Speedway Club, featuring fine dining, a health club with salon and spa services, and an expansive ballroom. No wonder it was given the tag, “The Great American Speedway!”  Hold your next Fort Worth Meeting there! For more info on the speedway click here.
