NOVEMBER 6-9

Fort Worth Songwriter Festival

The second annual Fort Worth Songwriter Festival returns to Southside Preservation Hall’s Rose Chapel for four days of live music, workshops, and afterparties across the Near Southside. The event showcases national and local talent, including Jim Lauderdale, Patrice Pike, Courtney Patton, and David Ramirez, plus youth and Amplify 817 songwriter showcases. Produced by the Fort Worth Songwriter Foundation, this festival celebrates storytelling, creativity, and community in the heart of Fort Worth.

 

NOVEMBER 7-9

Texas Country Music Weekend

Presented by the Texas Country Music Association, the Texas Country Music Weekend will bring three days of free live performances to the Fort Worth Stockyards, culminating in the Texas Country Music Awards at Billy Bob’s Texas. The weekend features the Texas Country Showcase, Showdown, and Christian Country Concert, with artists including Monty Dawson, Grant Gilbert, and Curtis Grimes, among others. Sunday night’s awards finale spotlights performances by Kevin Fowler, Billie Jo Jones, and more.

 

NOVEMBER 11

The Cliburn Presents Sybarite5

Presented by The Cliburn, the trailblazing string quintet Sybarite5 returns to Fort Worth as part of the Cliburn Sessionsseries at Tannahill’s Music Hall in the Stockyards. Known for blending their classical mastery with rock, folk, and jazz influences, the ensemble performs music from its acclaimed Collective Wisdom album, which spans classical, pop, jazz, and other genres. 

 

NOVEMBER 14

KXT Presents Shakey Graves

Austin native Shakey Graves returns to Fort Worth for a high-energy night at Tannahill’s Tavern & Music Hall in the Stockyards. Presented by 91.7 KXT, the show features support from Clover County and promises Shakey’s signature fusion of Americana, blues, and raw rock intensity. Doors open at 8 p.m., with dinner and drinks available beforehand from Chef Tim Love’s signature tavern menu

 

NOVEMBERr 21-23

Mozart & Mahler’s Fourth

The Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra closes its November schedule with an inspired pairing of Mozart and Mahler at Bass Performance Hall. Led by Dame Jane Glover in her debut as Principal Guest Conductor, the program features pianist Imogen Cooper in Mozart’s final piano concerto and soprano Lauren Snouffer in Exsultate, jubilate. Mahler’s radiant Symphony No. 4 caps the concert, a work that imagines heaven through delicate sleighbells and an angelic final song.

 

NOVEMBER 14

Kaitlin Butts Performs at Billy Bob’s Texas

Oklahoma-born singer-songwriter Kaitlin Butts brings her theatrical brand of country music to Billy Bob’s Texas in the Fort Worth Stockyards. Known for blending Red Dirt grit with captivating storytelling, Butts has earned acclaim for her recent album Roadrunner! and hits like “What Else Can She Do.” The album was inspired by the romantic Rogers and Hammerstein musical Oklahoma.

 

NOVEMBER 22

Jim Snidero Quartet

Catch Grammy-winning alto saxophonist Jim Snidero and his quartet live at Scat Jazz Lounge for an unforgettable night of world-class jazz. Celebrated for his “mind-boggling improvisation” (The Guardian) and one of the “purest alto sounds on the planet” (Stereophile), Snidero’s acoustic artistry has earned millions of streams and global acclaim. The quartet features Stefan Karlsson (piano), Henry Beal (bass), and Steve Pruitt (drums).
