The Waterside development, owned by Trademark Property Co., occupies a 63-acre property that was once part of the Lockheed Martin Recreation Area (LMRA) on Bryant Irvin Road. As the name suggest, Waterside sits near the banks of the Trinity River and has easy access to the Trinity Trails. Stroll through The Grove, a relaxing space nestled behind the Whole Foods.
