TCU School of Fine Arts and Fort Worth Contemporary Arts are pleased to present gendersick -- a new exhibition featuring London-based guest artist Jordan Baseman.

Known for his controversial methods and boundary-pushing work, Jordan Baseman integrates raw, personal narratives into compelling and provocative film installations in this exhibition. The two videos featured within the exhibition examine gender fluidity and human experience through the perspective of people living with dementia, and one agender/asexual TCU graduate student. During the exhibition, Baseman will present two film works at Fort Worth Contemporary Arts including the U.S. premiere of La La La La and Gendersick (a new video created for the Art Galleries at TCU).

gendersick will be unveiled at an opening reception at Fort Worth Contemporary Arts on Wednesday, Oct. 10 from 6-8 p.m. The exhibition will run from Oct. 10 - Nov. 17, 2018. The exhibition and the opening reception are free admission and open to the public.
