The Holly is Fort Worth's first Natural Wine bar and retail bottle shop featuring small-batch natural wines from around the world. Natural Wines are crafted according to sustainable, organic and biodynamic practices. The vineyards are treated like a living ecosystem and the grapes are always hand-harvested. In the cellar, wines are nurtured to their full potential using native yeasts and no additives The Holly offers an extensive bottle program as well as a Wine Tasting Flight and By The Glass list that changes daily.
