The Trinity River is part of what makes our town so special. “Being originally from South Louisiana, it has been a challenge to find a restaurant in Fort Worth that captures the flavor of Cajun/Creole food and the essence of New Orleans dining. The Tributary Cafe has hit the mark. The shrimp and okra gumbo, BBQ shrimp and bread pudding, a classic New Orleans trio, were all excellent. The blackened scallops were fresh and delicious. The fried green tomatoes were very good as well. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff was accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back!!”
