Fort Worth Stockyards Music Festival & Conference Artist/Band Submission process:

Please submit to submit@larryjoetaylor.com by February 1st.

It is essential in our selection process that you include:

  • Contact number
  • Email
  • Information about your group-brief bio
  • Links and websites
  • Provide links to samples of your music
  • Press Kit

Our committee makes all of its selections in January. If you or your band is chosen to perform for this year’s festival, you will be contacted by the first of February.

If you are not selected this year, please continue to submit for future years

  • We generally do not book cover or tribute bands. That is not to say you can't play a couple of arrangements of covers in your set, but we are looking for bands that have a repertoire of original music.
