Meeting and Tour Planners
Information provided by meeting planners and other travel professionals is reviewed by FWCVB staff to follow up on requests and develop future business. Events booked in Fort Worth are printed in the FWCVB's Convention Calendar unless that event is specifically marked confidential. If a meeting is confidential it is our policy not to list it on any distributed information. The FWCVB also uses provided information for internal purposes such as e-mail contact.
