Sundance Square eateries include: Buffalo Bros, Del Frisco Grille, Flying Saucer, Hoya Korean Kitchen, Istanbul Grill, Melt Ice Creams, Mi Cocina, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Paco’s Mexican Cuisine, Razoo’s Cajun Cafe, Reata, Risky’s BBQ, Simply Fondue, Starbucks, The Cheesecake Factory, Waters and Yolk (with the Third Street Bakery and Cafe expected to be open by Fall 2022).

Sundance Square is anchored by its famous “Chisholm Trail Mural” (the most photographed mural in DFW) and dozens of NEW colorful murals throughout the campus and in the Sundance Courtyard. Additionally, three (3) new art galleries have opened over the past two years— Bale Creek Allen Gallery, Dang Good Candy Studio and Gallery, and Love Texas Art by ArtSpace 111. And don’t forget the world-acclaimed collection of Western Art at the Sid Richardson Museum.

Sundance Square has it all: comedy, movies, music and live theatre at AMC Palace 9 Movie Threatre, Bass Performance Hall, Circle Theatre, Flying Saucer, Four Day Weekend, Hyena’s Comedy Club, Jubilee Theatre, and Scat Jazz Lounge. Plus, live music every weekend evening (Fri-Sun) in Sundance Square Plaza. 

 

Parking

All Sundance Square customers get FREE parking on WEEKNIGHTs (6 pm to 3 am) and throughout the WEEKEND (Friday 6 pm to Sunday 3 am) in Sundance Square Garage #3 (345 W 3rd Street) and three other nearby garages (including City Center Garage #2) participating in Fort Worth's Downtown TIF District Parking program. 

Plus, weekday (6 am to 6 pm) customers of ALL Sundance Square tenants get 2.5 hours of complimentary free parking (daytime AMC Movie goers get 4 free hours) with proof of purchase, ticket or sales receipt in Sundance Square Garages 3 (345 W 3rd Street) and Sundance Square Garage #4 (265 W 5th Street).
