76107 Collective

Run by mother/daughter creative team Jill and Turner Black, the multi-use space offers a variety of options. Whether you need a short-term, private conference space ($20 per hour with 24-hour notice) or you need something longer, you can choose from 10 private office spaces that vary in size. All come with TX essentials included. You can even utilize their event space ($35 per hour with a refundable damage deposit) if you need something bigger.

Backlot Studio & Workspace

The Studio is a 4,000-square-foot space that’s hosted everything from podcasts and photo shoots to social events to the video shoot for Abraham Alexander’s song “335." If you need an extra room or a more professional office look, the Workspace provides that. You can rent a particular area, like the Green Room, with exposed brick and a comfy emerald-colored sofa. Or grab a “phone booth” – a private office that’ll keep you on task. Communal workspace desks and lounges round out the unusual compliment of services.

Common Desk

Whether you want an actual private office ($250-$600 per month depending on how close to other people you want to be) or you want to drop by for some focused work time (a day pass will run you $25), you’ll get comfortable surroundings, versatile sitting or standing desks, a view of green space and a great location on Crockett Row, and bottomless coffee. Cocktails are also available, as is a private nap space! If you are a night owl or weekend warrior who gets creative during non-traditional business hours, you can make yourself at home here, too.

Craftwork Coffee

With three locations in Fort Worth, you can have your coffee and meet here, too. Memberships range from $150 per month for community tables to a private team office for up to four people, starting at $900. Your membership allows 24/7 access to your space, and you can’t beat the locations (Magnolia Avenue, Camp Bowie or The Foundry District). Drop by, have a cup of coffee and a snack, and check out the versatility of the spaces.

Ensemble Coworking

A truly unique and tailorable office experience awaits you at Ensemble, from the drop-in day rate of $20 (you can buy five- or 10-packs at a discount) to the 24/7 access that offers you a private office with extra seating. The flexibility is unparalleled, and the location on Park Place Avenue gives easy access to the hospital district, Magnolia Avenue, and best of all, Esperanza’s Mexican Café and Bakery!

Maggie May

Did you ever wonder what was above Salsa Limon’s Magnolia Avenue location? It’s a full second floor of shared and semi-private office spaces, complete with all the extras you’ll need to run your workday. Cubicles, private offices, a meeting room and a sunny balcony overlooking Magnolia Avenue are available to rent monthly.

Regus

While there’s a lot to be said for a locally-owned co-working space, Regus gets points for versatility and variety. The international co-working company has offices for any mood and location here in Cowtown. Whether you’d like to be in Westbend with access to the TCU area, on Throckmorton Street downtown, in a high-rise on Bridge Street in East Fort Worth, near Alliance Airport or on Mercantile Plaza just north of downtown, there’s an office space and a plan for you. Monthly use of the lounge costs as little $20 a day, while a private office runs around $50 per day. You can use any of the area locations, and there are discounts for signing up for six- and 12-month plans.

Shop Small Fort Worth

So, say you’re not a traditional office-type person, or you need a space that’s not traditionally office space. Where can you go? The Collective and The Collective Studios provide space for artisans to work and market their creations –– up to 1,400 square feet of space if you have a lot to sell! Social memberships starting at $125 a month allow you access to office and meeting space with all the amenities of a larger co-working company.

We Work

Another international co-working space company, We Work offers three locations in Fort Worth: Main Street in Sundance Square, the Commerce Building in Downtown, and at Shops at Clearfork.  Whether you want the flexibility of a monthly hot desk (community space), a dedicated desk or a private office, all the spaces come with coffee, tea and “unique” spaces to stretch your legs, including rooftop lounges in some locations. The least expensive hot desk option starts at $260 a month.

Work Suites

The Texas-based company has locations all over the state, including the north Fort Worth location near Alliance Airport. It’s the least flexible of the co-working options because you can’t just drop in. However, starting at $250 per month, you’ll get daily desk use and all amenities, with upgrades like one private office day and one day’s use of the conference room each week included.

Crockett Hall

With 16,000 square feet of space, you can socially distance with a cup of something, a sweet treat (check out Val’s Cheesecake) and your laptop.

Coffee Shops

Fort Worth has a lot of coffee shops that double as community meeting spaces. 5 AM Drip Coffee Roasters, Black Coffee and Summer Moon all have resumed some functionality inside the shops, and there may be places to socially distance outside. Be kind and observe the mask policies.
