Don't let this shock you too much. Billy Bob’s Texas has long been a family-friendly establishment, allowing minors under 18 to attend concerts with a parent or guardian. As a bonus, Billy Bob’s no longer allows smoking inside! This means that you can slip in with the kids early evening (though they open at 11 a.m.) to play in the arcade, take a stroll through the gift shop, and then end the night watching professional bull riding that occurs every Friday and Saturday at 9 and 10 p.m. I recommend the 9 p.m. Let’s not forget, this is a honky-tonk that stays open ‘til 2 a.m. on the weekends! The Plaza features a nightly, synchronized light show between the gorgeous fountains, four large umbrellas and surrounding buildings.
