FORT WORTH, TX – Hispanic Heritage Month in Fort Worth returns with five weeks of vibrant cultural celebration from September 13 to October 15. This year, Visit Fort Worth is proud to collaborate with local partners, businesses and cultural organizations to showcase the rich traditions and enduring contributions of Hispanic and Latino communities. 

From parades and festivals to culinary events and art exhibits, the city’s Hispanic Heritage Month programming brings together locals and visitors for unforgettable moments in multiple districts of Fort Worth. 

Highlights of the 2025 Hispanic Heritage Month schedule include: 
 

  • ¡Celebramos! at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden 
    Sept. 13 – Oct. 12 
    A month-long celebration of Latin American culture featuring art, performances, culinary events and educational programming. 

  • Latin American Flag Parade at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden 
    Sept. 13 
    A colorful kickoff to the season, featuring flags from every Latin American country, live music, food trucks and cultural performances. 

  • Fiestas Patrias Celebration and Parade at the Historic Stockyards 
    Sept. 14 
    This spirited parade features mariachi, ballet folklórico, dancing horses and more in one of Fort Worth’s most iconic settings. 

  • Mexico en la Sangre at Cowtown Coliseum 
    Sept. 14 
    Two ticketed Mexican rodeos showcasing charros, escaramuzas and traditional performances. 

  • Grito Celebration at La Gran Plaza de Fort Worth 
    Sept. 14 
    An energetic community gathering in honor of Mexican Independence Day, featuring music, food and dance. 

  • Hispanic Heritage Celebration at Fort Worth City Hall 
    Sept. 16 
    A civic celebration recognizing Hispanic leaders and contributions to the community. 

  • Car and Culture Show at Sundance Square Plaza 
    Sept. 20 
    An event featuring lowrider car culture with live music, food and family-friendly entertainment in the heart of downtown. 

  • Latin American Festival at Artes de la Rosa

  • Las Ranas Hispanic Heritage Celebration at the TCU Tailgate 
    Oct. 4

  • Michelada Festival in Downtown Fort Worth

    A flavorful street festival celebrating the beloved Mexican beverage with music, vendors and culinary flair.
