Three perspectives on Fort Worth’s hospitality industry from Visit Fort Worth President and CEO, Bob Jameson.
Summer is right around the corner, and Fort Worth has so much to offer for the perfect weekend getaway. We are excited to extend our marketing to drive-in visitors from Tulsa, Midland/Odessa and Waco. We want to invite them to experience all the attractions, restaurants and family-friendly fun in the Unexpected City. Check out our summer events calendar here.
You did it! Proposition A passed with 72 percent of the vote. This ensures the renovation and expansion of the Convention Center will happen without delay and without using property taxes. Voters approve of keeping our tourism momentum going. Thank you to all of you for helping get the word out and for supporting the growth of Fort Worth and its bright future.
It’s easier than ever to discover Fort Worth on our new website. The website now allows you to ask questions on our new chatbot, take a 360-degree aerial tour of popular sites, easily navigate the updated content on our pages and blog and so much more! Please share it with partners and clients who are visiting Fort Worth.
Lastly, I want to congratulate the men and women of the Fort Worth Herd as we celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Fort Worth Herd. Since 1999, the Herd has captivated over 20 million people from around the world and has educated, entertained and enhanced Fort Worth’s image as a cornerstone of the American West. Congratulations!
