Does life imitate art? According to Amy McNutt, it does.

She took her appreciation for Fort Worth’s museums in the Cultural District and turned it into a concept for her restaurant, Maiden: Fine Plants and Spirits. McNutt blends creativity with food, so that every dish is nothing short of a work of art, crafted with stunning attention to detail. Her passion for plants created not one, but three vegan restaurants in the Near Southside neighborhood: Maiden, Spiral Diner and Dreamboat Donuts & Scoops. Three varying (and delicious) options for Fort Worth diners that show the complex and wildly immense range of her talent.
