Oktoberfest is an annual beer festival in Munich, Germany and a pilgrimage for beer enthusiasts. But if you’re looking to celebrate closer to home, don your lederhosen or dirndl and head to Fort Worth Oktoberfest to enjoy Germany’s hoppy export in the Unexpected City.*
This year’s festival promises to be one of the most fun weekends of the fall, full of unexpected discoveries. Explore multiple gathering spaces like Spaten Halle, an air-conditioned Bierhalle, and shaded areas with seating and entertainment including the Van Zandt Zelt, Food Haus, Aktivität Tent and the Karbach Biergarten.
Activities include Tapping of Zie Kegs, a Dachshund Dash, Fort Wurst Corporate Night, carnival rides, a brat eating contest, games and more! Traditional live music will play in tents throughout the weekend.
