CATTLE DRIVE CANCELED JANUARY 24th AND JANUARY 25th

With the forecast of sleet, snow, and ice accumulation this weekend, The Fort Worth Herd has made the decision to cancel the cattle drives for Saturday and Sunday, January 24th and 25th as well as The Herd Experiences at 1:30pm.

Please stay turned for further updates.

Cowboy for a Day

Fort Worth is the best place to be a 'Cowboy for a Day' and have a true Western experience.

  • Visit the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, the world’s only museum dedicated to honoring women of the American West.
  • Take in the The Fort Worth Herd in the world’s only twice-daily cattle drive  where Texas Longhorns are driven by genuine Texas cowhands – every day at 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
  • Watch the action unfold during the Stockyards Championship Rodeo, every Friday and Saturday night at 8 p.m. in historic Cowtown Coliseum.
