Brew buzz: The Funkytown Fermatorium launched in March of 2019. A uniquely different extension of its headquarters in Deep Ellum, the Fermatorium offers a wide selection of Ft Worth only brews and an open kitchen wood fired food program.
Good grub: In addition to the great beer selection, the brewery doubles as an excellent place to eat, a rarity in the brew house world. Executive Chef Alex Drury turns out exceptional pizzas in rapid succession from a wood-fired oven as well as some very inspired shareables, handhelds and salads.
