A tasting room on the second floor of the distillery is open from 5 - 9PM on Fridays and from 2 - 9PM on Saturdays. A custom-built bar has been installed complete with copper top.
- Description At BlackEyed Distilling Co., their ingredients are 100% sourced from Texas. By keeping a hand in every step of our process, they're delivering a true farm-to-bottle experience. Well, before they were distilling black-eyed peas they were growing them on the family farm in Muleshoe, Texas. But drought forced them to rethink a few things. That’s when they were struck by that bold idea to make the first vodka out of black-eyed peas.
