Black Eyed Distilling Co.

With 100% Texas roots from farm-to-bottle, BLK EYE is the first vodka crafted by hand from black-eyed peas. The result is a smooth-tasting stroke of genius. BlackEyed Distilling Co. is located in a historic firehouse in Fort Worth, Texas. The two-story brick building opened in 1911, and operated as Fire Station No. 5 until 1965. The distillery produces vodka for wholesale distribution, but it is also open to the public for tastings, tours, bottle sales, and special events. Tours are conducted Saturdays at 3PM. A tasting room on the second floor of the distillery is open from 5 - 9PM on Fridays and from 2 - 9PM on Saturdays. A custom-built bar has been installed complete with copper top.
